Congratulations on completing your studies (in association with one of our online learning partners) and obtaining a Certificate in Natural Medicine from the Hyamson Institute.

Please claim your CTAA accredited certificate below

Note: You will be re-directed to "Google forms" for the certificate claim. You will need you individual PIN number (which can be found in Section 11 of the Cert NatMed course)

* Once you have completed the Google Form to claim your certificate please allow up to 5 working days for your certificate to be verified and emailed out to you. Remember to check your junk mail folder when looking for your certificate as they sometimes end up there depending on your security settings !
